Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all orders, worldwide. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at liucija@kostiva.com within 14 days of delivery. If you received a defective or wrong item, please include photos of the product and packaging.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or incorrect information provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless you received a defective or wrong item — in that case, we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: This right does not apply to custom or personalized items made specifically to your specifications.
